After a classics and science degree in the Netherlands, Ann has spent most of her life involved in psychology in fields as
diverse as heading up psychiatric emergency wards to supporting the ecological research and statistical development
of the AEM Cube^TM

Ann currently supports Human Insight consulting applications in the Netherlands and the USA from her base in
Alphen aan den Rijn, from establishing assignments to full support and development of new tools and applications.

With her extensive experience in dealing with extreme mental challenges, she is able, when time allows, to coach leaders
facing personal stress in managing leadership responsibilities. She is also currently engaged in researching the
principles of ecology in relation to the understanding of individuals.
