Annika Ratcliffe
Annika Ratcliffe is an experienced business ecologist specialising in
organisation development and leadership
across major
organisations.
Her experience has been gained through technology-led change, cultural
change
and
major organisation change
including joint ventures
and
outsourcing in Europe, North America and Asia.
She has wide experience in the banking, insurance and public utility sectors,
and has also had senior management
responsibility for the
delivery
management and consulting capability of listed companies. Annika’s focus
at
Human Insight is to leverage the opportunities
of change
and complexity
through operational business
performance.
She has worked closely with Peter Robertson, to further the ethology-based study of Exploration
and Attachment.
With her Human Insight colleagues, she aims
to work with organisations and
individuals in building change resilience
and
success, through the development of conditions
of consistency, alignment and trust.
