Mike Jeans MBE
Mike Jeans has been a management consultant for over 35 years, in the
process of which he headed up KPMG's
global change
leadership practice in the early 1990s, and was head of KPMG's UK consulting practice and a senior partner.
Since 1994 Mike has held a number of non-executive board roles in both the public and private sector, was president of the
I MC and the CI MA.
He was awarded an honorary MBA from Cranfield University in 1996 for services to management
consultancy.
He has also held various senior roles in City of London livery companies.
Mike is an accomplished speaker and has presented papers in the UK and overseas.
He is the author
of a number
of
articles and has also contributed
to books on management consulting and change
management.
He now
specialises
in building change capacity amongst
top teams, often
focusing upon the formulation and
deployment
of strategy.
He is chairman of Human Insight.
