Hiten specialises in organisational change, programme and change leadership, and business performance
improvement. He has supported
a number of blue-chip organisations to deliver major business transformation
programmes both as lead consultant and as senior manager in
corporate environments.
Hiten supports business leaders and managers through his knowledge of leadership and business transformation
principles. His client
assignments and corporate initiatives have ranged from designing and leading leadership
development programmes, design and delivery of
major programmes of change (cultural, performance improvement,
technology, business integration and out-sourcing), strategy planning
and leadership.
Hiten has worked with the founders of Human Insight for 10 years and has applied the business ecology framework and
tools to address business and leadership challenges in a variety of scenarios across a breadth of sectors; primarily
TMT, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail and Public. Hiten is also actively
involved in Human Insight's strategy
development
and marketing.
