processes for
many of Europe's leading companies, including GITP International, ING Bank, Carrefour, Continental AG,
Royal Dutch, HP, IBM,
Tyco Electronics, PepsiCo, Group 4, Oracle, Gillette and KPN Telecom.
Ignace has led interventions in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Poland.
He has a number of masters
degrees in
geographical sciences, personnel management and educational & vocational training.
His areas of expertise also include executive and individual coaching, team development and
commercial negotiation.
Ignace has worked with Human Insight as a European partner since
2006 and is fluent in Dutch,
French and English.
