Tim Harle
Tim Harle has wide experience of working with people and organisations to embrace change, as a senior executive,
consultant and
project manager.
He specialises in implementing new organisational systems and structures as well as in embedding cultural change in
values and behaviours
to sustain transformation. He is increasingly involved in writing for and speaking at business schools
and conferences.
Tim worked with a number of major public and not-for-profit organisations in Europe and North America.
Earlier in his career he undertook strategic policy roles for UK
government ministers. He studied at Cambridge
University
and INSEAD Fontainebleau.
Tim has led a strategic change programme for a
FTSE100 company, which helped transform
it
from
the worst performer in its sector to the best.
