Tina England

Tina England specialises in change management with more than 15 years experience in this field. Early in Tina's career
as an IT professional, she recognised the importance of integrating the people, process and technology elements of
major programmes - involving people in the design and implementation of business changes. Tina pioneered a
consultancy leadership programme to build and integrate multi-disciplinary teams; her work was later used as the basis for
leadership development programmes in other blue chip organisations. More recently she has specialised on the leadership
and team aspects involved in major change through her facilitation and coaching roles.  She focuses on working with people
to increase their self-awareness in order to improve effectiveness and confidence in their roles - as leaders and within teams.

Tina is clear about the role of business ecology in the work that she does - seeing organisations as complex living systems. 
She therefore focuses on enabling leaders to create the right conditions of self-confidence and trust for self-organisation
to occur.  Her clients span several sectors including finance, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and the
public sector.  She is accredited in a repertoire of change management tools and techniques,
including the AEM-cube®.
