Dave Davies

Dave is an experienced change leader, consultant and line manager.

He has developed an integrative approach to facilitating performance
improvement using the concepts of ethology, systems thinking and
cybernetics as factors in promoting the conditions for adaptive growth.

His approach produces achievable, aligned, outcome-focused strategies for individuals, teams and organisations. He relates equally well to managers and technical specialists alike, in particular those in the IT industry.

Ranging from leading the design and implementation of corporate culture change programmes to one-to-one coaching, Dave’s experience has encompassed assignments involving strategic planning, leadership, management and
employee development and the creation and implementation
of appropriate HR systems and practices.

He lists one of his greatest life achievements as performing
aerobatics in an RAF jet – without mishap!
