Willie Yeo

Willie Yeo is based in Shanghai as well as in Singapore, working with leadership teams and senior executives in business and organisations.  Prior to working with Human Insight, Willie was the company General Manager looking after the business development and operational matters in Shanghai for several years.  Willie has significant experience in the field of executive roles in Business Systems, Customer Service Organisation Development and Human Capital, as a result of his senior managment experiences in Human Capital Training and Development and he is passionate about transforming the quality of leadership in organisations.  Influenced by his own experience of corporate life both in the East and West, Willie uses his knowledge of leadership and business transformation principles to support business leaders and managers, in particular foreign executives who have been relocated to Asia.

Willie's client assignments have ranged from leading leadership development programmes and delivery of chagne programes (cultural, performance improvement and business integration), to strategy planning, entrepreneurship and leadership.
