Claudia has a proven track record in successfully leading and delivering
long-term national and international assignments.  She is a
values-driven business development consultant with substantial
experience in strategy, leadership, innovation and change
programmes. She has worked with a wide range of profit and not-for-profit
organisations at board and management level. Her major industry expertise
lies in healthcare, automotive and professional services. 

Her consulting work benefits from her personal leadership experience in medium-sized and global organisations where she has taken active ownership of start-up, turnaround and post-merger integration challenges.

Claudia has a masters degree in economics. 

She is an Associate Partner of Human Insight and plays a strong role in growing the company by developing partners and clients in new markets such as South Africa, Singapore and Germany.
