Howard Rowley
Howard specialises in business and organisational change, change strategy
and performance improvement. He helps his clients to enhance their change
capabilities and to design and deliver complex change programmes.
He believes strongly in skills transfer and coaches and mentors senior
executives and management teams to achieve their change aspirations.
In addition Howard has worked extensively in business leadership and
change management as a consultant, line manager, coach and mentor.
In the past three decades, he has held senior management, coaching
and consulting roles covering all aspects of business change.
He is a co-author, contributor and teacher of many leading change
management frameworks. Howard has experience ranging from
global and national organisations to small and medium
enterprises in utilities, government, financial services,
telecommunications, hotels and leisure,
pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
