Joanne Flinn

Joanne offers extensive experience in organisational transformation, programme management, team development and coaching for multinationals working in Asia. Her clients include Procter and Gamble, Commonwealth Bank, Credit Suisse, DBS Bank, IBM, and Novartis.

Practical experience as a senior executive, consultant and programme manager creates Joanne's real depth of understanding and wide perspective. She has spent much of her career based in Thailand, Singapore and Australia.

Joanne has degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Tasmania, a post graduate diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Master of Science in Coaching and Consulting for Change from Oxford University and Hautes Ecoles Commerciale in Paris.

She speaks regularly on subjects such as customer relationships and strategic human capital. Joanne is a board member of Change Leaders, a global
community of practice dedicated to helping organisations address the
human side of change.
