Joop Töller

Joop has extensive experience as a learning and development consultant, management trainer/ coach and as a MD/HRD manager for leading multinational companies including DSM, Philips, Volvo, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Nuon. He also worked as a consultant for public services such as the Dutch Ministry of Defence and the Police. He was a program manager for a leading Dutch business school and designer of an international management programme which brought him to France, Czechia and Hungary. He built a corporate management academy and managed it for many years.

Joop is convinced that the key to effective organisational change and learning is to connect these processes firmly to organisation' real business.
Joop focuses on executive and personal coaching,  team development and consultative coaching of HRM, MD and HRD managers designing and implementing their processes. He also writes articles on organisational learning and management coaching. .
Joop has master degrees in organisational psychology, personnel
psychology and management and organisation from Dutch universities
and business schools. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German
and manages in French.
