Mary Joyce

Mary trained in process consultancy at the Tavistock, and lectures and
trains in the field of group dynamics, organisational intelligence and
emotional leadership. In addition, she coaches teams and individuals
to realise their potential and be more effective and confident in their
leadership roles.

With 13 years’ experience operating in leadership roles at executive
and board levels in the UK education and health sectors, Mary has a strong
track record in leading change and developing people and teams to
deliver results.

She consults to organisations using her experience and insights from
her background in organisational psychology in working with organisations
to manage and navigate change.
