Human Insight held the international launch of the ACT-cubeTM
at the Imagination Gallery, London, on the 7th May.
Professor Peter Robertson described the almost 8 years of work that has gone in to creating a completely new process for creating sustainable organisational performance. Martin Ewart described the use of the cube at Elision. Jayne Gould of Gemserv contributed her practical insights to the panel Q&A which helped define what makes the ACT-cubeTM different from comparable processes. It:
measures different things in organisations
The ACT-cubeTM measures the foundations of human behaviour - evolutionary drives which can't be changed but which can be 'marshalled' - allowing leaders to become genuine strategists.
is driven by hard science
Research carried out long before the ACT-cubeTM was created validate the drives it measures.
is directly linked to business performance/cycles
It's very difficult and time consuming to link psychometric test results on an indivdual to real business problems; it requires an act of 'bottom up' translation. In contrast, the ACT-cubeTM results map directly onto and draw from a detailed analysis of the business cycle. There's no: 'So what?'
