MDP® (short for Mission Driven Priorities) ensures day-to-day business operations gear with organisations' short and long-term goals. The process enables:
- leaders to build relationships and networks and thus create a responsive and flexible organisation when faced with change;
- enables individuals to turn business visions into successful business outcomes.
MDP® is a structured process drawing on a range of business ecology ideas. The main stages are:
- defining the organisation's place in the business cycle (using the S-curve);
- getting genuine agreement on business-critical priorities;
- defining contributions each team member's contribution toward the agreed objective
The MDP® enables a team to build strategies and plans that recognise and harness its member's preferences and motivations.
