Training and learning
We are completely revising our certification and general training programme.
Each course delivers specific learning and experiential outcomes and is designed for particular roles, facing critical issues.
Together, our programme gives you a consistent means of applying business ecology at every level of your organisation.
We are now also running certification programmes in Asia. Two programmes were run in October in Singapore and Shanghai. Participants included senior managers and HR professionals working with leadership teams, helping to align them with their specific mission and performance targets.
Team performance
Having completed this course, organisational development professionals and consultants will be expert in the use of the AEM-cube® - Human Insight's innovative tool to analyse individuals' differing abilities to respond to the changing demands of the business cycle. To underpin these practical skills, the course also introduces some basic concepts from business ecology: the structure of organisational cycles and the different strategies required for complex and simple change.
This is a two day course with one follow-up day.

Team Leadership
A more advanced course in building effective leadership teams based on business ecology's powerful approach to team dynamics. It focuses on how to leverage the strength of leadership teams facing complex change and ensure their efforts are focused on key strategic goals. The knowledge gained will be equally useful in working with project teams and critical value chains. This is an ideal follow up for OD professionals and consultants who have attended team Performance and take the same two day plus one day follow up form.

Individual Performance and Talent Leadership
A focused course for psychologists, human resource professionals and coaches leading to qualification in the use of the AEM-cube®. This is different from standard psychology-based tools. It analyses individuals' differing abilities to respond to the changing demands of the business cycle through 360 feedback. The course concentrates on how the tool can be used with individuals to maximise their business and personal contribution. It's a one and a half day course with a one day follow-up.

A one day, business-focused workshop for managing directors, CEO's and senior business leaders.
