RPA®

RPA® shows how an individual's instinctive preferences and motivations fit their goals and job role.  Its value lies in the self-awareness and energy it creates to reach new performance levels.

Individuals plot their own objectives or expected results on the AEM-cube®.  The results then become valuable material in exploring:

Individuals
A comparison between the RPA® process for individuals and their self-images and feedback images on the AEM-cube® can highlight where they are playing to their strengths or weaknesses.  In addition, if there is an opportunity for other team members to offer feedback on an individual's RPA®, differences in the understanding and perception of a role will be highlighted and can be worked on.

Teams

The combined analysis of the organisation's current S-curve position, the team AEM-cube® profile and team RPA® analyses will highlight any misalignment between the team's goal and its current direction and performance.  Furthermore, a team dialogue that surfaces these challenges will enable it to tackle issues pro-actively rather than, for instance, the next mid-year review.

RPA® provides powerful insights into team behaviour and performance in three main areas:

  • where individuals and teams appear to achieve their objectives, but business performance still feels off track
  • where there is little connection or commitment between individuals and their objectives
  • where more is being asked of leaders and their teams, in order to support growth.
