Business ecology AEM-cube® certification
This programme explores the great paradox of business success; organisations that experience success are invariably the ones that are most vulnerable to failure. Reinvention and change are the prerequisites for businesses to succeed. It introduces the AEM-cube®, the basic tool to measure evolutionary drives which underlie attitudes to change. It is a three day course with a one day follow-up.
MDP® certification courses
An intensive 3 day workshop which will accredit attendees with the skills and tools to be able to apply the MDP process effectively in different situations and businesses.
The fundamental value in MDP® lies in the recognition of the need for leaders to pay critical attention to the importance of building relationships and networks as the basis for a responsive system - rather than, as often happens, allowing formal processes to replace the need for dialogue.
