Business ecology & aem-cubeĀ®
certification courses

This programme explores the great paradox of business success; organisations that experience success are invariably the ones that are most vulnerable to failure.  Reinvention and change are the prerequisites for businesses to succeed.

Programme details

The programme takes place over 3 + 1 days.  The objectives are to help delegates understand:

  • The natural cycles of any organisation
  • The difference between complex change and simple change and why these require different strategies
  • The role of leadership teams enduring organisational development
  • Their own personal preferences and competencies with respect to change
  • The core concepts that underpin the AEM-cube® (attachment, exploration, cybernetics, complexity theory)
  • How to deliver leadership support to business leaders through application of the AEM-cube®

This programme will be of major interest to senior organisational change and leadership development professionals from the corporate, public sector and consultancy worlds; whether you are in the middle of transition, contemplating future change or exploring how to enhance strategic responsiveness.

We also offer a 2+1 AEM-cube® certification course for those already familiar with business Ecology concepts.  If you are interested in this please email or telephone  01932 847655
