Traditional approaches to organisational evaluation are too often like jigsaws: ours is like a CAT-Scan.  Unlike traditional methods, ours starts from the top and drills down; we don't piece organisational pictures together from information on individuals.

We assess your organisation's teams or value chain's characteristics: only then do we look at the component parts - individual people.  This approach makes it easier to link staff characteristics to hard business issues.  It also mirrors true strategic thinking - starting from structures, markets and positioning rather than a particular person or group of people.
