Team and cross-team performance
Our team and organisational development grows out of:
- the findings of our organisation evaluation;
- the challenges you face because of your position on the business cycle;
- our resources: approaches, instruments and the hugely varied experiences of our core team and expert partners.
The basic characteristics of successful organisations and teams are well-known. We add two essential requirements which grow out of business ecology thinking which are crucial to successful change and improvement:
Strategic Diversity - by which we mean diversity of thinking, approach to problems and attitudes to change rather than the more generally used concept of gender, ethnic and other diversities.
The ability of the team to cope with ambiguity and complexity. Organisations are complex living systems and successful teams deal with this complexity and ambiguity with a high degree of maturity. But, to quote ourselves again, it's easier to show than tell. See how our approach was used to understand diversity in a core business team and to transform it, by downloading the pdf above.
