What happens when you have to much generalists in your team?

AEM-Cube analysis: generalistic contribution

In this blog, we would like to discuss briefly what would happen if you have a team that consists of too many generalists? From an AEM-Cube point of view, we mean with a generalist, somebody who scores high on the vertical axes. Please also take a look at the team cube below. This AEM-Cube team image portrays (on the right side) a slight skewness of people contributing with a long verticle axes.

So, what can we expect from a team with too many generalists from a performance perspective?

We can show you a lot more images and business cases describing teams with this skewness, but the men of Monty Python have captured it a lot better in their video below.

Looking forward to your remarks and personal experiences with the AEM-Cube.
