Imagine that we can effortlessly use our full human potential every day. What would that look like?

I have been travelling for 19 years to answer this question. During this journey I have gained many experiences with removing obstacles and reinforcing behaviour and routines so that each individual can use his/her potential. I have done this in many different roles, Operational Management, Change Management, Sales/Marketing Manager, (Agile) Coach and Consultant, in various industries such as IT, Communication, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Banking and Utility, Government and Healthcare.

For the past 6 years I have specialised in transforming teams and organisations into meaningful work environments. During this time I have been able to realise more self-government and autonomy for several organisaties. The culmination of this wonderful journey was when we were able to transform a completely traditional company into a self-governing environment where the employees have full control over the entire decision-making process.

This way of working has had a profound and very positive impact on the lives of my colleagues and myself. My drive is to create a movement in which we can increase happiness and satisfaction in the workplace.
