Rick Price

CEO

Rick has held operational responsibility for managing complex organisational change for high growth companies and those going through complex post-merger transformation. He has gained significant experience in the consulting industry and, at partner and CEO level, has led companies of substantial size.
An original founder member of Human Insight, he has actively embraced its principles and frameworks in executive and board level interventions.  He has been responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to create high performance teams. 

Background

Rick has carried out executive roles in several business sectors, including financial services, utilities, IT, oil and gas and manufacturing. Together with his colleagues, he has developed a leadership support organisation capable of delivering the Human Insight offering across Europe, the USA and Asia.

Peter Robertson

Content & Research

Peter is a founding partner of Human Insight Ltd, a thought leader, business ecologist and specialist in leadership issues. He has written widely on this subject and has developed the AEM-cube®, ACT-cube® and RPA® set of organisational assessment tools. Peter has delivered key note speeches on the principles of business ecology around the world as both guest and resident speaker at many academic and management institutions. He is also a high level business consultant who specialises in strategy facilitation and leadership support and development. Assignments range from executive team coaching to board alignment to small- and large-scale strategy and culture development interventions.

Background

Peter has deep experience of global change, growth and renewal programmes in the USA, Europe and Asia. His focus is always to achieve a high level of value-driven consistency and alignment in teams, and proven, sustainable cultural change in organisations. In March 2007, Peter was appointed visiting professor at the Management School at the Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.

Hattie Evans

Project Management & Managed Service

Hattie Evans Joined Human Insight in January 2006 to help administer the company’s UK operation, with particular emphasis on client services. She administers all English speaking projects that use our tools, for consultants who prefer us to handle the administration.  These can be projects in the UK or English speaking international projects. She will take all the day to day running of administration off your hands – making sure that your clients have her full attention and that personal approach. Hattie has now worked for Human Insight for almost 10 years, and is therefore very aware of what is needed to make your project run smoothly. 

Background
After training as a Graphic Designer and working for several years for a leading design
studio, Hattie spent 15 years raising a family of three children. She then retrained to become proficient in PC software, and using her organisational talents and skills, assumed the position of Events Manager at a renowned Surrey County Leisure Park. Her responsibilities included all public and private events, conventions and engagements.When she has any surplus time, she enjoys painting in oils, and in the past has also undertaken sculpture commissions.  She is now having a go at pottery!  She is also an ardent sports follower of many different sports - in particular squash, which she used to play, and her youngest son is currently a professional squash player.

Richard has worked for different business consulting companies in the USA and in the Netherlands. Was responsible for managing educational programmes for Nyenrode University. He is now the go to guy who presents and develops the tools of Human Insight in an easy to understand manner at all levels of the organisation.

Background

Richard successfully completed both Social & Organisational Psychology and Economic & Consumer Psychology Cum Laude at Leiden University. He also landed an internship at Change Logic, a Boston-based consulting firm, where he was responsible for developing methods to improve the lasting impact of their change programs. After this, he worked an exciting function as Program Manager at Nyenrode Business University, organising, facilitating the programs and improving the content they delivered to clients. In 2014 he founded his own company and works together with Human Insight to develop, improve and apply the tools and concepts

Sebastian has been involved with startup and incubation programmes in the Netherlands and therefore had the unique opportunity to talk, see and speak to hundreds of entrepreneurs and got to know what businesses are faced with in managing the growth curve. Together with the team he develops existing business and new business partners and customers.

Background

Sebastian comes from a strong entrepreneurial family and holds a Bachelors degree in Small Business and Retail management and a Masters degree in Innovative Entrepreneurship & Business Development from the University of Twente. From there he has worked for an Business Angel/Investor. Here he learned how a successful entrepreneur analyses a business opportunity for potential investment, and how to build a business from scratch. From there he made the transition to an incubation programme designed to help SME companies to grow their business. Here Sebastian organised different masterclasses and workshops designed for entrepreneurs to manage their organisational growth curve.
